What is the Return Policy?
At SanZ Collections, we hope you’ll love our pieces, but we understand that sometimes a purchase isn’t meant to be.
That's why we offer a hassle-free 14 day return policy from the date of delivery, so you can shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) within this timeframe to receive a refund.

What is the Exchange Policy?
Effective Date: 06/30/2023
At SanZ Collections, we are committed to ensuring our customers' utmost satisfaction with their purchases. We want you to feel comfortable in our pieces, so if sizing isn’t quite right for you on any full-priced item then we will gladly exchange it for the correct size!
***At this time, we only accept exchanges for the same item from an order in a different size. We apologize for any inconvenience.***
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be a full-priced jewelry item exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and labels attached.
- The item(s) must be sent in its original packaging with the original sales receipt included.
- The requested exchange must be the same exact item from your order (same model & material), but in a different size.
Exchange Process
- Contact us: Please contact support@sanz-collections.com within 14 days of your delivery date. Be sure to indicate the item(s) you’d like to exchange and include the order number, photos of the item(s) being sent back, and the new desired size for the piece(s).
- Shipping:
- Processing: If the item(s) meet eligibility criteria, we will prepare and ship you the new, requested item promptly at no extra cost. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing (depending on size availability) and up to 5 business days for the new item to arrive. In rare circumstances, more time may be needed for processing.
Shipping Costs
For easy, stress-free exchanges we offer to cover shipping costs for the first exchange of an order! For all exchanges afterwards from the same original order, you will need to purchase your own shipping label.
Exclusions
Special orders are unfortunately not eligible for exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Our exchange policy is intended for size exchanges only. If you wish to return an item for a refund, please refer to our return policy for applicable terms and conditions.

Return & Exchange Shipping Fees
Returns:
The cost of the shipping for returns will be deducted from the refund total.
Exchanges:
We offer to cover shipping costs for the first exchange of an order! For all exchanges afterwards from the same original order, you will need to purchase your own shipping label.
I Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item!
Effective Date: 06/30/2023
If you received a damaged or incorrect item then we will make it right for you!
Contact support@sanz-collections.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of why the item is incorrect (wrong size, metal, etc.) We will review everything, send you a pre-paid shipping label to send back the incorrect item, and ship the new, correct item to you at no additional cost.
Warranty?
Some of our pieces come with a 6 month warranty!
Effective Date: 03/17/24
We want you to feel confident in our pieces! That’s why under our 6 month color fade warranty we will replace any jewelry item that is color-faded or tarnished (for products labeled water + sweat-resistant in the description) free of cost to you within 6 months after your purchase date. ***Warranty applies to the original item(s) purchased, and not any new item(s) sent under warranty as a replacement.***
Please contact us at support@sanz-collections.com with your order number and photos of the jewelry piece, and we will cover it. (Warranty does not cover lost pieces/beads, misuse of products, broken clasps/chains, loose gemstones/pearls, damage as a result of incorrect product storage, or normal daily wear on a piece, such as but not limited, to scratches or dents.)
